About JDM Printing Limited
Crafting Excellence Through Every Print
Who we are
JDM Printing Limited is a UK-registered printing company based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. We produce printed materials to order for commercial clients, trade buyers, and private individuals across the United Kingdom.
What we do
Our principal business activity is classified This covers professional printing work outside specialist categories such as newspaper, book, or printing, including commercial print, short-run jobs, trade supply, large format, and bespoke substrate printing.
How we work
We operate on a paid-order basis. Every job is quoted in writing by specification, quantity, substrate, finish and turnaround time before production begins. We invoice on completion and maintain full documentation for every transaction.
Our Commitment:
Quality Excellence
Every print job is produced to the agreed specification. Before production, we check artwork files and confirm substrate, colour mode, and finish. Final output is inspected before despatch or collection.
Specification Accuracy
We quote and produce only what is agreed in writing. Clients receive an itemised quotation covering quantity, stock, size, finish, and lead time before any order is confirmed or deposit taken.
Timely Delivery
Lead times are stated on every written quotation and agreed before production begins. Standard and priority turnaround options are available. We notify clients of any delay as soon as it becomes known.
Clear Documentation
Every transaction is supported by a written quote, order confirmation, and VAT invoice. This gives clients and their finance teams a clear, auditable paper trail for every print order placed with JDM Printing Limited.
Our Mission
Empowering Your Business Through Reliable Print
Specification-Led Production
Every order we produce is defined by a written specification agreed before production begins. We do not start work until the client has confirmed quantity, substrate, size, colour, and finish.
Precision and Consistency
We apply the same production standards to every job regardless of size. Short-run and one-off orders receive the same specification review as large repeat contracts.
Transparent Pricing
Our pricing is per-job and per-quantity, stated in writing before any commitment is made. There are no hidden charges. Setup fees, proofing costs, and delivery are all itemised separately.
Reliable Lead Times
We quote realistic turnaround times and communicate proactively if anything changes. Priority production options are available for time-sensitive orders, confirmed at quotation stage.
Full Documentation
Every order generates a quote, an order confirmation, and a VAT invoice. Clients can use this documentation for purchase-order matching, expense claims, and supplier audits.
Client-Focused Service
We work directly with the person placing the order. Queries are handled by the same point of contact from quote through to delivery, reducing errors and improving turnaround accuracy.
How It Works
How Our Process Works
Every print order placed with JDM Printing Limited follows a clear, documented process from initial enquiry through to delivery. We do not begin production until the specification and pricing are agreed in writing.
1
Consultation
Contact us with your print requirement — by email, phone, or the online enquiry form. Tell us what you need: product type, quantity, size, substrate, finish, and required delivery date. We will confirm whether the job is feasible and advise on specification options where relevant.
2
Design and Proofing
Supply your print-ready artwork file (PDF, AI, or as otherwise agreed). We check the file for print compatibility: resolution, bleed, colour mode, and trim marks. A digital proof can be provided for approval before production where required. Any file correction or pre-press work that incurs a charge will be quoted separately.
3
Material and Finish Selection
We confirm the substrate (paper stock, board, or alternative material), weight, coating (e.g. gloss, silk, uncoated), and any post-print finishing (lamination, cutting, folding, binding) as specified in the agreed quotation. All materials are confirmed in writing before production.
4
Printing Process
Once the specification is approved and deposit or full payment is received, production begins. Finished goods are quality-checked before despatch. We arrange UK delivery to the specified address or make items available for collection. A VAT invoice is issued on completion of the order. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms stated on the quotation.
